I made this Halloween card for a place that sells them for me. It is getting closer to Halloween and I've been seeing people displaying Halloween cards so I decided to start with them. I get the ideas from the Stampin' Up! Catalogs that I have collected over the years. I used the Wicked Cool and the Dark and Dreary sets. The striped paper is from an older catalog but you can substitute another if you make this card. I also used glitter on the candle holder. Most people like glittter, it makes everything so "sparkily." (Is that a word?)
